Post an Ad Placement Policy is as follows:
"Private individuals, real estate professionals, developers, and corporations are eligible to place ads on this site.” All Private Ads are subject to editing. We will email you a confirmation of your AD placement. If your AD does not qualify for posting in the Recreationproperty.com, a representative will call you as soon as possible.
METHOD 1 (you do it): By clicking on the “Post An Ad” Button
- Please include a written description or your property
- Email photographs (6 minimum recommended) to images@recreationproperty.com
- Each item must have a property price
- Phone number must include area code or zip code and contact name
- Certain classifications are "Paid-Only" and not available for private ads
- Ads should contain an email address
- Ads must contain a street address. town or city and province
- If ads placed do not qualify, one of our operators will contact you
METHOD 2 (we do it for you):
- If your property is currently advertised on another internet site, just email us with the URL (www.MyAd.com) and we will be able to obtain the photos and wording from this location. Include any special instructions that you may have in the email such as price change or additional wording.
- Our staff will create the ad and notify you by email when it is complete and ready for you to view.

- $ 139.95 Cdn. for 6 months - $ 113.50 US
- $ 269.95 Cdn. for a full 12 months - $ 219.00 US
